Dear Tenants,
By now you have returned to your units and we hope that life at St. Laurent on the Parc is back to normal for you.
Once again, we would like to thank all our residents for their cooperation and patience throughout this past week. We worked very hard to return you to your homes as quickly as possible and were able to do so largely in part to the calm and accommodating attitude shown by our residents.
While we appreciate this support, we also appreciate how difficult these past few days were for many of you.
To help ease your return to your units and to officially welcome you back, we would like to present each unit at 1244 Donald Street with a $100 Welcome Back Gift Card from Food Basics located at 1021 Cyrville Street.
The gift cards will be available for distribution on Sunday September 4th in the management office. We welcome residents to come by and pick up their cards between 9am and 5pm.
If you have any questions about the gift card, please call the Ottawa management office at 613-744-0592.
Thanks again, and Welcome Home!

Dear Tenants,
Our construction crews and property management staff worked through the night to address the effects of Monday's incident and we are thrilled to announce a Re-Occupancy Schedule for 1244 Donald Street.
We are anxious to return tenants as quickly as possible to their homes and ask our residents to follow the Re-Occupancy Schedule:
1:00pm Only Tenants living in Floors 1- 6All returning tenants should arrive at the main entrance of 1244 Donald, with identification, to register with property managers. Some units had their locks broken by the emergency responders following the fire. These units have had new locks installed and tenants will receive a new set of keys upon registering.
We would like to thank all our residents for their cooperation and patience as we worked to return them to their homes. We would also like to thank the City of Ottawa and their emergency response teams for their efforts on behalf of our residents.
